Ages 6 weeks to Kindergarten
Program Description Full Day 5 to 12 hours per day - services offered to children ages 6 weeks - 5 years old Part Day Preschool 3 hour/day program with choice of 5 days, 3 days or 2 days per week Hourly Care Centers offer reserved care on an hourly basis when available Pre-Kindergarten/Strong Beginnings* Strong Beginnings is a 3 hour/day program 5 days/week that provides kindergarten readiness skills for children turning 4 years by 1 October. *In some communities, Kindergarten students may be located in the School-Age center.

Reservations in Advance
Reservations can be made 14 days in advance. CYS Registration is required for hourly care. Same day reservations are handled on a case by case basis. Please call the CDC facility you wish to make a reservation with.
General Information
- Payments are based on start and end of reservation
- Minimum stay is two hours during a meal time
- Fee is $5 per hour
- Meals and snacks are provided and USDA approved
- Medications are not administered at any time
Medications
- The only medication that can be administered in hourly care is rescue medication
- All rescue medications must be prescribed and come in original container labeled with child and physician name and date of prescription. If rescue medication are not provided the child will be denied of care.
- All children with rescue medication must have a MIAT or MAPS accompany them.
Cancellations, No Show, Late Policies
- No show fee are $10 per child
- Fees must be paid at the end of hourly care visit
- Late pick up fees will be applied at $1 per minute after the facility closes.

The Army's Strong Beginnings program is designed to prepare children to successfully enter kindergarten. Curriculum focuses on the social, emotional and physical development of children; equips them with basic academic and kindergarten classroom etiquette which provides skills to enhance school readiness.
