This class will train your physical ability to perform series of low- to high-intensity exercise with small rest or relief periods. It combination of multiple exercise disciplines keeps the class engaged and working hard, while having a great time. Equipment: Stepper, exercise mat, body bars, light and medium weights, medicine balls, and bands.
