Creamy Tomato Parmesan Gnocchi

Ingredients needed:

2 cups ricotta cheese ½ cup freshly grated parmesan

2 eggs

1 ¼ cups flour, plus more

Extra virgin olive oil

6oz diced pancetta

2 large garlic cloves, minced

24 oz jarred marinara

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan, plus more for serving

6-8 fresh basil leaves, torn

Salt and pepper

Optional: crusty bread 
 

Tools needed:

Knife

Mixing bowls

Mixing spoons

Measuring cups

1 Medium pot

1 Medium pan

Spider strainer or slotted spoon (can also use a colander)

Extra flour needed for dusting
