Radio City Rockettes Bus Trip

10:30 AM – Board Bus – B. 94 Parking Lot (Ramsey & 1st St.)
10:50 AM - Depart for New York
12:00 PM - Arrive at Radio City
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Free Time
5:00 PM – SHOWTIME!  
6:30 PM – Show ends – Exit RCMH on the right side
7:00 PM – Re-board the bus at the designated pick-up spot
8:20 PM – Arrive back at the Arsenal

Doors open at 4:00 PM for the 5 PM performance.
Enter RCMH no later than 4:30 PM

Seats first come, first served. 
DO NOT leave items on bus. NO SMOKING on bus.

REFUND POLICY:
From day of purchase to 7 days prior to tour – 75% refund
From 7 days to 2 days (48 hours) prior to tour – 50% refund
Final 48 hours before tour – No refund
Trips during winter months will proceed regardless of inclement 
weather unless vendor or bus company cancels. No refunds for 
bad weather if trip proceeds.

You may receive a 100% refund only if trip is filled to capacity 
and your seat(s) can be sold to persons on the waiting list. 
Guests required to enter the Arsenal through Main Gate and 
submit NCIC Background Check form. We will provide guest 
names directly with Gate Guards.
