1st Course New Orleans Station

Jambalaya Shrimp & Grits

International Cheeses, Crackers & Grapes

Wine: Traminette- A unique dry white wine that is perfect for a hot summer day. Crisp flavors of lychee, Asian Pear and honeydew melon are met with subtle spice.

 

2nd Course

Chicken & Andouille Sausage Soup

Wine: Solavita- Brimming with red pitted stone fruits, caraway and floral notes on the nose. An evolving palate of wild cherry and pithy strawberry is tied together with a hint of vanilla.

 

3rd Course

Bourbon Street Petite Filet Mignon

Wine: Coeur D’est 2015- The aroma opens to a bing cherry and sage followed by an underlying earthiness

 

4th Course

Cajun Crab Cakes Remoulade

Wine: Chardonnay 2016- Blend of oak aged and stainless steel aged Chardonnay. A creamy, medium bodied white wine with green apple and vanilla flavors.

 

5th Course

New Orleans Bread Pudding

Wine: Jersey Blues- Made exclusively from New Jersey Blueberries, light & sweet.

 

6th Course

Beignets & Coffee

Wine: Cristallina 2017- Luscious, tropical fruit flavors and a honeysuckle aroma, lovely as an after dinner cordial.

 

 

Wine, Beer & Specialty New Orleans Drinks will be available as well as Bellview wines!
